Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If pests return between scheduled treatments, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Specific guarantee terms may vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Follow preparation instructions provided before treatment (e.g., bed bug preparation checklist)
  • Provide safe access to the property for service
  • Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions
  • Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities that may affect treatment choices

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Quarterly maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalties or fees.

Limitation of Liability

Bug Mechanix Pest Control is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the service provided. We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our pest control operations. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or conditions that may affect treatment outcomes.
